Entering Human Sciences, Warren is a committed defensemen to University of New Hampshire Wildcats. ​. She has played all her 5 years of eligibility in the Hockey New Brunswick programs, including being an under-age defensemen at the 2015 Canada Winter Games, and competing on the Team Atlantic Roster for 2 years. In May 2017, Warren attended the Team Canada top 50 Strength and Conditioning Camp, putting herself on the National Radar. ​. She is an alumni of the North American Hockey Academy, Rothesay Netherwood Riverhawks, and captained at Selects Academy the past two years. . Warren is a focused athlete who is always prepared to go to work every time she steps in the rink. Her impressive background and experienced is unmatched. STAFF PROFILE: Monika Cormier . Social Worker and Program Director of Maritime Female Hockey. Cormier is the Head coach of Hockey New Brunswick's Female Programs, and is the current 2019 Canada Games Assistant Coach. She has been coaching with team New Brunswick's Female Under-16 and Female Under-18 since 2014. ​. She is a former AUS defenceman and assistant captain at l'Université de Moncton. She attended all her years of eligibility in the Hockey New Brunswick program along with the Team Atlantic camp. At Hockey Canada's Atlantic Challenge Cup, and in her final year of the program she was named assistant captain and earned the title of Atlantic Champion alongside her teammates. ​. She is a Midget AAA Rockets alumni who also attended Stanstead College private school during her high school years. In her final year with the Rockets, her team was crowned Atlantic Champions and attended Hockey Canada's Esso Cup National's in 2010. ​. Cormier has been coaching for 7 years with competitive Bantam AAA and Midget AAA teams, including the Moncton Rockets AAA program. In her years as head coach, her team attended the Esso Cup National Women's hockey tournament in Red Deer, Alberta in 2015, representing the Atlantic Region. Her team ranked 6th in the country out of 101 teams. ​. Cormier is passionate about contributing to the growing careers of competitive female hockey players in New Brunswick. She is an alumni of Team New Brunswick's female under-15 and under-18 team's, named assistant captain in her final year. She represented Team New Brunswick at the Annual Atlantic Challenge Cup. ​. She is an alumni of the Moncton Midget AAA Rockets program. During her senior year with the Rockets, her team won provincials and represented Hockey New Brunswick at the Atlantic Female Midget AAA hockey championship. They earned the title of Atlantic Champions and attended the Esso Cup National Women's hockey tournament in Red Deer, Alberta in 2015. Her team ranked 6th in the country out of 101 teams. ​. She is an alumni of Team New Brunswick's female under-15 and under-18 team's, being named team captain one of her years and walking away with Hockey Canada's Atlantic Challenge Cup gold medal in 2012. ​. She played her high school years as part of the Rothesay Netherwood Riverhawks team and in the Moncton Midget AAA Rockets program. In her final year with the Rockets, her team was crowned provincial champions and they represented Hockey New Brunswick at the Female Midget AAA Atlantic Championships. ​. EDZA EAST FEMALE MIDGET AAA ROCKETS EDZA EAST will be hosting an ID camp for all players born between 2004-2001 inclusively. The purpose of the ID camp is to introduce the program to new and past players aspiring to play in the newly formed NSFMHL. All players wishing to play in the game format are invited to attend the following ice times: May 17 6:15-7:15 pm Superior Propane center May 21 7:15-8:15 pm Superior Propane center Registration fee will be $10.00 per ice time Registration will be done at the SPC, starting 1.5 hours prior to the ice time.
