Looking forward to many more early morning beach runs. I started my commitment to 5 am runs in the last week of 2017 and so far I've kept to my new routine 4 days a week and each day I love it a bit more! For most of my life I was a night owl and I am still surprised at my happy conversion which started when I moved to the tropics. The hours between 5 - 7 am are my sacred time. It makes for a more productive day. What's your key to increased productivity?
It is so hard for me to go from bed to run! I'm more of a 9 am runner but I also have that luxury as a student with a flexible schedule. I have ran early in the past though and it's a really great way to start a day. Maybe this spring I'll set a goal to do one super early run a week!
when I was a student there was no way I could have gotten up so early, but I treasure it now. Spring is a great time to start a new routine! Good luck 😊
