These units will operated by a group of local women will manufacture sanitary pads at a cost of Rs.5 per pad and sell it locally. Corporates or individuals can donate for this initiative or adopt a school or group of girls for funding the cost of sanitary pads for a few months or years. Each unit will create a source of livelihood for 8-10 women as well. 32 such units have been set up in last one month across different states. Instagram Photos | videos | post
