I normally would never wear a bodysuit because i thought it looked unflattering in the way it hugged my body, but today I said fuck it- I like this look so I’m gonna rock it. I stared in awe, noticing the striations on the backs of this dude’s arms, the vein running down his biceps as he flexed and pulled his arms up and down.
.
Wonder swept over me as he pulled up his shorts and I saw the individual muscles in his quads as he tightened them.
.
I watched his ribs curl forward, squeezing his abdominals, and there was a clear six pack like I’d never seen on the guy’s body before.
.
Joy swept through my mind. Why?
.
Because that guy was me. I was looking in the mirror.
.
I had done it. After all this time, thinking it was for other people to have their dream body, I had created mine.
.
This was my first taste of real success. Setting a goal, seeing it my mind every single day. Showing up and doing the work required to make it happen.
.
And then.. After a while… Waking up to it’s completion.
.
I was happier now, I was more loving to my family. I was more confident. I was a more giving man as I wanted others to experience the gift I was so grateful to enjoy.
.
I used to think success changes a person. For the worse. I used to think people get their dream body and become arrogant, thinking they’re better than others. They get money and start using it in ways to abuse themselves and others. They get in a loving relationship, and then sabotage it and do things to hurt their partner.
.
But after achieving the body I’ve always wanted I had to ask myself...did success really do those things?
.
No...success is simply the result of good actions done over and over again. In order to experience “success,” in fact, what has to happen is the person has to change.
.
The only way to achieve success is to change first. Success comes later.
.
If a person becomes successful and then later screws it up, it’s because they started taking actions which lead them to loss. .

As some quotes say, currently I am somewhere in between working on myself every single day, inspiring others, avoiding negativity and focusing on my goals! 
But what I don’t do is comparing myself to others. Firstly, you cannot compare your first chapter to someone’s 10th. Especially with social media it is now so common for people to compare to others, to their physiques, goals, achievements. And contemplating about why they do not look like them or didn’t achieve what they did. —> it’s just simple thing - if you want to look better or achieve any goal you now have, you just have to work for it! And nothing will happen overnight. And those excuses and feeling sorry for yourself will not help you! …
So, yes get inspired and look for motivation. But work on yourself and your own goals! Focus on your own learning and put the effort in, every single day! And every single day you’ll be one step closer! 🙌
