I LOVE the fall (and now that I’m in Texas the winter too) and any excuse to get together with friends and family to celebrate with laughter, gratitude, and good food! I’ve been running around all day getting ready for our trip to FL to get together with my bro and his wife and kids packing snacks, clothes, immune support (elderberry syrup, liposomal vitamin C, probiotics, and more) to protect Stella, Brady, and I️ during the flight and beyond...But taking time to start my day off right with my Pumpkin Paleo Pancakes (google Ali Miller Pumpkin pancakes for recipe) was the right decision for a grounded low anxiety approach to the many lists I am tackling! The recipe has 4 eggs, collagen, grassfed whey, coconut oil, and 1/2 c canned pumpkin, 2 Tbsp coconut flour with baking soda, vanilla, and seasonings...that’s IT! Then of course it was eaten with bacon and a fried egg 🍳. Focusing on Whole Foods to satiate your cravings and driving with high fat and lower carb options will allow you to feel you are both indulging and honoring your body with nourishment!
