*Adrenal Fatigue Recovery Soup*
Part 2: 
Feeling run down and sluggish? The following soup recipe has been proven helpful for adrenal support. It is rich in minerals and alkalizing to help balance the acidity that usually occurs in people suffering from adrenal fatigue and stress. It has a calming and settling effect and is very tasty! 
What you will need: *1 cup Organic Celery - chopped
*2 Organic Zucchinis - Sliced
*1 Organic White Onion - Diced
*2 cups Organic Green Beans - Chopped
*2 cups Organic Tomato Juice
*2 cups Mineral Water
*2 cups Vegetable Broth *3 tablespoons Raw Manuka Honey *1.5 teaspoons Black Pepper
*2.5 teaspoons Paprika * 0.5 teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt/ Sea salt ** optional to add salmon and rice ***
1. Clean and de-vein the celery then chop into smaller pieces; about a centimeter thick.
2. Cut your zucchini into half inch slices and then chop into 4 pieces. 
3. Slice your onion in half and then dice into smaller pieces
4. Cut the ends off your green beans and discard stems. 
5. Chop green beans into smaller pieces about an inch long. 
6. Add all the vegetables, liquids, spices and honey to a large soup pot and bring to a boil on med/high heat.
7. Once it boils reduce heat to med/low, partially cover your pot and simmer till vegetables are soft, about an hour total. * option to add fish or meat of your choice  8. If adding salmon chop your salmon into bite size small cubes then season with salt and pepper. 
9. Add the salmon in the final 5 minutes of the soup and heat the salmon through till the center is cooked. 
10. Add steamed rice to each bowl before you serve the soup to make a heartier meal. 
Combine all ingredients in a large Soup Pan
Bring the contents to a boil on Med/High 
Turn the heat down partially cover and Simmer for approximately 1 hour or until vegetables are soft.

Tonight is spicy fried cauli rice. It has salmon, fried egg white omelette strips, prawns, edamame, beanshoots and spring onions. Oh yeah and cauliflower rice ❤️ I haven't tried cauli rice since about 6 months post-op and it didn't agree with me at the time, but I'm trying it again and hopefully it will be better. Made my own stir fry sauce and marinated the salmon chunks in it before chucking them all in together. It tastes lovely if I do say myself. I struggle with food when I'm not prepared...often I don't eat enough during the day then shove everything in sight down my throat at night = shitty ass metabolism🤦🏻‍♀️
But I prepped like a boss yesterday and have eaten at intervals and drank plenty of water = energy off the chain 🙌🏻✨❤️ {happy dance} 💃🏻
