How often do you stretch? 🤷🏽‍♀️ We often train in the ways that we enjoy and the fact of being active is great🙌🏾 However many of us (including me) don’t stretch enough and if we are pushing our bodies, this can be EXTREMELY dangerous and can result in injury, shit performance and muscle imbalances! 😫😳😵 Here are some easy ways to functionally test your body to see if you are tight 🙌🏾
✅ Over head squat. Stick your arms up straight over your head. When you squat, notice if your arms come forward and pass your ears.  If they do pay attention to stretching your lats and chest muscles 💪🏽 ✅ Try squatting with your feet pointed straight. If you notice they turn outwards, this could be a sign of tight glutes (butt) so stretch your bum bum 🍑 ✅ Knees cave in when you squat. If you notice this happens, could be a sigh of tight calves and your adductors (inside thigh muscle) so have a stretch of these 👌🏽 Know your body for more effective results 🙌🏾 Train insane without any pain 🙋🏽‍♀️😜😎
