Pumpkin Spice Twinkies! I never thought the day would come that I would buy another box of Twinkies. I had them when I was younger but I know now that I was crazy! But these caught my eye, and I had to try them. Hostess has some good products but Little Debbie usually kicks their butt. I'm so glad I took these on! If you don't like Twinkie texture or how they usually feel, avoid this one. But if you want a good pumpkin spice product, try these out! The filling actually tastes great and if you get past that you're eating a Twinkie, you may enjoy them. I did! Buy these with confidence. These get an 8/10! Buenas tardes family!!!! Que pillas una nueva avena, pues no tardas ni 10 minutos en preparar un sandwich con ella 😇. El sabor es dulce de leche y os la recomiendo, muy dulcecita y como véis queda muuuy esponjosa 👌, la he rellenado con mermelada de melocotón y por encima crema de cacahuete y whey vainilla ❤️ Ahora pienso pegarme una ducha bien larga, molestar a los vecinos con la música 🌚 y disfrutar de relax el resto del día en casita 😳

Gestern gab es hier kein Bild für euch - Sorry! 💕 Ich hatte Elternabend und war somit von 6:30h bis 21:15h außer Haus. Da ich über 50km weit weg von meiner Schule wohne, macht nach Hause fahren zwischendurch nicht so viel Sinn! 🙄🤷‍♀️ Aber gut...noch zwei Elternabende im Oktober, dann ist das für das erste Schulhalbjahr auch erst einmal geschafft! WW-technisch läuft es gut, ich war immer in den Punkten seit dem Wochenende. An solchen Tagen wie gestern bin ich für die Balance Pizza von @original_wagner sooo dankbar! All I can say is I have enjoyed the past 3 days off! 😊 I've got to sleep in, much needed, actually enjoy my coffee, go to the gym a little later, got lots of stuff done! Now to go get my dress altered for my brothers wedding and maybe make some macro friendly goodies since the coach cut the macros yesterday! I fought that shit SO hard. Whenever someone said "oh, you should try My Fitness Pal" I would say something along the lines of "meh, I don't think I need it." Yes I did. I really did. Badly. I hate to break it to you, angels... You're not going to change your body composition just by lifting weights and being a cardio bunny. You just won't. Sure, if you lift you might get some muscle. That's pretty neat. But liiiike... Don't you want to see it? Maybe?

I'm just going to be that bitch and say it: You 👏 will 👏 have 👏 trouble 👏 losing 👏 weight 👏 without 👏 tracking 👏 your 👏 food. Noooooooo one wants to ACTUALLY know what they're eating. I sure a shit didn't. It took me two years to finally go "OMG FINE I'LL INCORPORATE NUTRITION INTO MY DIET GODDDDDDDDDDDUH." And hot damn, that's when I actually started losing fat. I fought that shit SO hard. Whenever someone said "oh, you should try My Fitness Pal" I would say something along the lines of "meh, I don't think I need it." Yes I did. I really did. Badly. I hate to break it to you, angels... You're not going to change your body composition just by lifting weights and being a cardio bunny. You just won't. Sure, if you lift you might get some muscle. That's pretty neat. But liiiike... Don't you want to see it? Maybe?
