Yesterday I got my first massage focused on myofascial release... what a friggin game changer. I feel like I got beat up, butttttt my muscles look SO MUCH BETTER. 
Anyways, I did another high volume, low weight shoulder day. I had a little too aggressive of a leg day on Thursday and definitely need to back off the weight for a few days.

✨Progress update ✨✨ Roughly 13 weeks into this cut with 3 weeks to go and as much as I didn’t want to get it done today I’m happy I did (see my confession in my story 😂). It’s been a slow and steady journey this year.  I knew it’d be time to drop my macros (thanks @lauren_fit 😂😂), but it’s all part of the plan.  I’m ready to execute these 3 weeks and begin an awesome reverse recovery plan to set me up toward my 2018 goals. The small things that shape your big wins. -------------------------------------------------- It's great to eat "bad food at the weekend but if your trying to be healthier/lose weight then you need to focus on quick, tasty meals that give your body what it needs to change. - Today's meal was a spicy chilli con carne with brown rice. Really filling and easy to make. - *500g 5% fat lean mince. *2 Onions, mushrooms and a pepper *1 tin of chopped tomatoes *season with paprika, chilli and fajitas spice to your own taste. - You can't get a more straightforward meal. You just chop it all up and it all cooks off in the same frying pan. - A lot of the time the difference between achieving the things you want is simply down to your willingness to do the small things well. - You didn't get out of shape over night so you equally can't expect to in the best shape of your life from 1 meal or even a dozen. - Be patient. -

Still here!!! 2 weeks out and weights are feeling light! Lifts were a little wonky yesterday, but feeling good overall 👏🏼🏋🏻‍♀️💃🏻 great training session with @miller85kg and @13smittty it was awesome to get together and be able to throw down some weights in the garage 👏🏼💪🏼⭕️ also a special appearance from Tom’s forearm in the clean video.... lol trying to flex on my video 🙊 #2weeksout #grimreaper #tssbarbell #stoked! ----------------------------------------------------

Probably went a little overboard with my cheat day today but after lots of dieting recently to lean out a bit, I needed it.
