It really is a struggle for me to not use my back or keep my shoulders back when doing any type of #bicepcurls but keeping a slight distance from the cable and bending my knees helps me a tiny bit with that. These past 3 weeks have been tough . Starting school again, having a close call with a hurricane, and working through it all has been stressful! At times I get lost trying to have time for it all.  I've programmed these in for myself before; only previously I utilised it with a higher, wider stance biasing the 🐷-strings. -

 Now, I have adjusted my foot position - placing them lower and within shoulder width. This in turn places far more load on the quadriceps and in combination with banded resistance makes for in hell of a ride.

 When we use the bands we change the resistance profile of the movement so that no one point of the ROM is any less challenging than another(so to speak). In general, the leg press has points where the exercise is considerably easier and the load is not as direct as the weight may seemingly appropriate i.e the top portion is less challenging than the bottom.

What’s your strength?? I love these tanks for more than just how nice they are, but because of the meaning.. lemme explain. The slogan “it’s your strength” resinates strongly with me, as I’m sure it does many others. Fitness got me through one of the hardest times of my life and it truly gave me strength when I thought I had none. It allowed me to push myself to places I never thought I’d be capable of. It’s allowed me to make friends and build relationships that I’ll have forever, develop a sense of confidence, and has allowed me to push myself past limits both physically and mentally. 
It can be helpful to take a step back and think of your ‘why’... I’m guilty of getting caught up and forgot the real reason why I started, and because of that I was becoming unhappy. I do this for ME, because I love it and it’s my passion. It’s okay and completely normal to get off track.
