November 2016 | November 2017. I remember too many NYE nights wondering where the fuck 365 days ago and what has changed. ⚡️
2017 has been such a learning process into a healthier me and I am ecstatic on what 2018 has to offer. ⚡️

BBG has been my SAVIOR - after 2 rounds of BBG and 2 rounds of BBG Stronger. I am now lifting 5-6 days a week out of pure ENJOYMENT. Oh how I need this right now. 
I am a zombie today! It was 30 degrees all night, air conditioner broken. Fan right on my face blowing hot air, Jerry pees on all the blankets accidentally because he can’t deal with the heat either, 3am laundry time, sleep on the lounge so Jerry can cool down on his cooling mat, go to work groggy, talking to a client = nose is bleeding.
