Currently:
Height 5'11 
Weight 170. 
I am trying to gain 5-7 lbs back of muscle. I was happy when I weighed 180 but ill be happy weighing between 175-180. I do watch what I eat, I'm not dieting. I have my cheat days/meals. But I also work my ass off in the gym every day and I left heavy to gain! I've lost 10 lbs in the last 3 months. Due to a few personal issues that really affected me physically and mentally, It has been a rollercoaster this summer full of bad, negative, good, and positive emotions. Everyone has their moments whether they want to admit it or not. We get depressed, down on ourselves, feel like giving up. And I'll be the first to admit I was one of them. Thankfully, I have surrounded myself with amazing friends who have been there for me and given me words of advice, guided me through these rough times, and who have continuously made me smile and laugh at the end of the day. As well as my amazing family. But the ONE THING that kept me going is my faith. We don't know why things happen to us. We don't know why we lose people, lose jobs, lose friends. But it's reality. And all we know is GOD has his plan for all of us. And it's his path for us. So we can question all we want, and eventually we will discover why things happened the way they did. May take a day, a month, or years. But we always must have continued faith in our GOD. And this is what has continued to make me feel safe and ok. Because I know he his plan for me. And I'm going to be ok. We just need to continue to hustle, be positive, smile, eliminate all negativity, and pray. He's got you.

I've been having some of the best workouts the past few days 💪🏽🔥 Not hitting any weight PR's but getting tons of volume in and really focusing on mind muscle connection.. Can you guess what I trained today??

I write all of my own training programming and I must really like killing myself 😂 Every workout has harder than the next because there are so many training variables to manipulate other than just increasing weight. Changing set/ rep schemes and rest times or implementing new exercises or the order in which you perform exercises are all ways to refresh your training... It's seems like a no brainer, but I've been much more cognizant of my rest times between sets ⏱ and decreasing my rest time (or just staying consistent) has upped the intensity of my workouts by a lot!
