Non è sempre facile preparare qualcosa che ti soddisfi. Ci vuole impegno, ci vuole tempo, ci vuole passione, e forse anche un pizzico di fortuna.
C'è sempre qualcosa di nuovo da imparare, accostamenti da provare, idee da sperimentare.
È un percorso lungo e complicato, ma la vista, ad ogni passo è sempre più bella.
E per me la cucina è uno sfogo, un rifugio, è una passione, qualcosa che non farei mai per lavoro.
Questo di oggi è un tentativo di rallegrare il mio tanto detestato lunedì: una lunchbox, una schiscetta, o più semplicemente un pranzo al sacco, qualunque sia il modo in cui si voglia chiamarlo.
Un riso venere con zucchine e salmone, leggermente aromatizzato allo zenzero e un contorno di broccoli lessi con semi di sesamo. Et voilà! .

Yesterday’s smoothie. Today’s health tip! 
Why do I add greens to my smoothies? 😏
🍃greens are a great way to get my veggie fix! 🍃greens provide a lasting source of energy (fruits are also a good source of energy but provide short bursts due to their sugars, which are quickly metabolized). 🍃a perfect way to balance the sugar content of my smoothies (fruit is healthy & it’s natural sugar, but that doesn’t mean you can overdose on it either! everything in moderation!) 🍃greens are full of fibre, which makes green smoothies super filling & great for digestion!
🍃they’re also easy to digest! (since the veggies are blended & liquified, my body doesn’t need to work so hard to break down the food to extract be nutrients!)
