🤨I cooked with ground turkey for the first time,and I’ve definitely become a fan of it as a protein option. Don’t be afraid of including new protein sources in your diet.
(U can stick to chicken or meat for this recipe) .
😴If you feel bored with your cooking or meal preps the easiest way to break out of that is to branch out to ingredients you haven’t tried cooking with yet. It’s always encouraging to try out new flavors or ethnic foods but, we need to overcome those fears. .

Took a couple videos of my training sesh a while back but forgot to post them. Here’s a couple of my favorite workouts for tonight up your core and back. First video is hanging leg raise followed by oblique leg raises on both sides. Next video is cable lat pull downs. Try these out with high repetitions and a moderate weight for about 3 to 4 sets and you’ll get a great set of definition in your core and back! For the pancakes 
40g readybrek (hexb) you can use blitzed oats if you haven’t got readybrek! 
50ml skimmed milk (1) 
1 egg 
Mix all the ingredients together then fry with frylight in little circles to resemble pancakes and stack and top with whatever you like! 🙌 -

Emotional eating 😯 Your mind has a huge influence over how satisfied you feel, especially in relation to food.

Hunger and appetite are two different things, hunger is a physical signal your body sends when it needs food, appetite is your overall desire to eat.

Bring physically deprived of food makes us hungry, but being emotionally deprived also has an effect. How many of us eat a meal and then think, 'I need a little something'? Or 'I need a treat'? How do you feel afterwards?

This clearly isn't physical hunger, and it shows how our habits and emotions can drive us not only to eat, but to reward ourselves in a self sabotaging way.

Getting in tune with your appetite, and your hunger can take a bit of practice but has amazing effects.

There are many health benefits to being at the beach, in the ocean and taking up a sport like surfing. 
Here are a few reasons why you might want to grab your surfboard and go catch a wave .. ○ being out in nature and being exposed to sunlight increases your bodies ability to produce Vitamin D, a vitamin essential for energy and overall wellbeing both physically and mentally ○ standing on the shoreline is a wonderful way to get your daily grounding in. Grounding means standing barefoot on the ground in nature such as at the beach, it has scientifically been proven to reduce inflammation due to negative ions.
○ Being in the ocean has proved to be anti inflammatory due to high mineral content and ions, meaning less aches and pain
