Chicken Basil Spaghetti

1 cup spaghetti squash
2 ounces chicken, cooked and cubed (4 ounces for men)
2 cherry tomatoes, halved (4 for men)
2 tablespoons black olives
2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbles
½ tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
Salt-free garlic & herb seasoning to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Slice the spaghetti squash into 2-inch rings. Remove seeds and place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Squash should be tender, but not mushy. Rake with a fork into a bowl.Layer spaghetti squash, chicken, tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
