I think we've all been there; you get some squats and lunges outta the way, or any variation of them, and then you move onto dabble in the machines ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿค–๐Ÿ’ฆ This variation here is something I'll throw in when I'm training hams and glutes. It isn't any different than a trunk extension except for where the weight is distributed. I've found when you hold a plate across your chest, or over your shoulders, it's more focused on the lower back...these ones hit you in the money maker ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ”จ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿผ Something to throw in for legs if you aren't feeling stiff legged deads that day, or left them til later and your legs are spent...pushing your limits then usually ends up in an injury or a bruised ego, so let these guys here be an option ๐ŸŽฏ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’จ Instagram Photos | videos | post
