COSTELINHA DE PORCO COM BARBECUE!!! Tempero: páprica doce, alecrim, sal, pimenta do reino, (passei azeite na carne pra grudar tempero e passeie essa mistura l) 
Depois peguei 4 dentes de alho, sal e limão e joguei só na parte de cima. Enrolei umas 4 voltas de papel alumínio e fogo médio por 2 horas! 
Abri o papel alumínio e acrescentei os legumes (pode se o que vc quiser, eu coloquei o que tinha na minha geladeira rs) coloquei sal e azeite e o molho barbecue e forno por 20 minutos!

Finally reached my goal of being back in the 130’s. When I started keto this past July I had no idea that I would make it this far. The difference in how I feel speaks louder than the number on the scale. There were a few times that I wanted to give up but with encouragement and support from my hubby and the #ketocommunity I stuck with it and am so glad that I did. Thank you!!!
