Let’s put things into perspective. You have tons of life stresses coming at you, food should be lower not higher on the list of stress. Of course this is easier said than done.

We stress ourselves because we want to look a certain way. Our doctors (ahem) say we need to lose weight “OR ELSE”...

Most successful dieters and weight losers are able to eventually blend their habits into their life without major consequence to the rest of their lives.
⠀
Social events - they navigate them without worry.
⠀
Work. No problem.
⠀
Family? They somehow integrate it in. Spouses and kids can be a big hurdle though.
⠀
Remember though, foods give us nourishment. Eating shouldn’t bring stress. It’s just food. Change your mindset to take the power away from food and give it to yourself. You have the power.

It took me a long time to realize this... but in short, if you are neglecting your sleep you are neglecting a key aspect of you health and overall well being.

We all want more energy. We all want to be able to effortlessly build muscle and lose fat. We all want to make the most out of our days.

Hoy no fue mi día por un tema personal pero hay que ser agradecido de lo positivo que paso y para mi fue ir a entrenar a @murph.trainingacademy
Este increíble lugar de CrossFit/Functional abrió hace 1 semana en Cabildo 3286 y la rompe. Los creadores de Murph son lo más, súper simpáticos y la estética es un 1000.
La clase es con música y súper divertida así que no duden en ir a probar una clase sin cargo aunque yo les recomiendo que ya se anoten porque van a ir y se van a enamorar. 
Los planes son mensuales y tienen de 2 clases por semana a 1500, 3 clases por semana a 1700 o libre a 1950.
También tienen una línea de ropa deportiva que es @ubkfitwear que no pueden dejar de chusmear 
Si se anotan en Murph avísenme y vamos a entrenar juntos

Tonight I had to rescue my girl from London and drive straight back to portsmouth I needed 2 espressos and was hungry as it got late after eyeing up the entire shop I happily went for a banana and an Apple. It was just normal to pick these. Who am I ! The other picture was 27th May for my birthday treat burger. Just so happy with this face to face to see the differences I’m making !

I was approached by a guy at the gym today while working out and he complemented me on the shape I’m in. He asked how long I’ve been working out and I told him 16 years. He was shocked at the dedication that takes. Most people don’t realize that fitness is a lifestyle, not a short term hobby. You have to love it. You have to dedicate day in and day out to training, eating healthy, and pushing yourself. Taking things slow this morning. No 6am gym, instead a cosy sleep in followed by a warming breakfast and cup of @superfeast masons mushies. PS: adding #theHSE complete dutch chocolate protein to my oats made alllll the difference! So rich and comforting!

IT'S PB JELLY TIME⏰

one of my all-time favorite combos is peanut butter + jelly. So glad I figured out a way to enjoy it during breakfast that isn't just toast! Featuring: overnight peanut butter and jelly cauliOATS topped with homemade berry chia jelly. My blood sugars typically can't handle oats by itself, but the cauliflower kept my sugars smoooth the rest of the morning!

Oats: 1 cup cauliflower rice, 1/3 cup oats, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp pb powder, 1/2 cup milk of choice. Put all ingredients into a container, stir together until well combined and let sit in fridge for at least 2 hrs

Jelly: 1.5 cups of frozen berries (I used a mix of rasp/blue/black), 2 @splenda packets, 1 tbsp chia seeds. Bring frozen berries to a boil, stirring occasionally, add in Splenda + chia seeds. Pour into an air-fight container and let sit in fridge for at least 2 hrs. -
Mix 1 tsp of jelly into oats + top with your fav toppings- I love some extra jelly + a drizzle of peanut butter🥜

This morning I listened to 2 interesting but somewhat contrasting podcasts - @medicalmedium 28 day cleanse and a @iamsahararose interview with Dr Virender Sohdi on healing with Ayurveda. Both principles have merit and sound equally appealing. I find that I cherry pick from different trains of thought on diet and healing. The concept of bio individuality - Finding the right balance for your own composition is so important. Do you follow a strict diet or food principle? What works for you?

Homemade buffalo sauce is like 9 million times better than store bought. It’s creamier and buttery-er (that’s a word, I swear) and just as spicy or not as spicy as you want it to be. Andddd its a perfect way to hide your veggies. 💪🏾🍠•

• BISCUITS - 1 Cup Flour
- 2 Ounces Softened Vegan Butter
- .5 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp+ a little more Ice Cold Water
- Bake on 400F for 15 Minutes or until Golden Brown
- Chicken is Quorn Chick’n Patties (picked off batter and breaded in wet batter: flour, cayenne, crushed red peppers, salt, pepper) fry 4 minutes per side OR BAKE @ 350F for 30 minutes. Flipping half way through. - Sauce is 3 tsp Vegan Butter, 1 tsp Tapatio, 1 tsp Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce, 1 tsp Cholula Pepper Sauce, .5 tsp Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce, 2 oz Smashed Sweet Potato
- Slaw is 1.5 Cup Shredded Red and Green Cabbage, 3 tsp Vegan Sour Cream, salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- Slices Vegan Cheddar (optional) #vganish
