Yup, eating Rice Krispie treats at the gym between sets does give you some odd looks. 
Oh well🙋🏻‍♂️ Woke up and forgot to eat some pre workout carbs.  Took my protein and pre workout but how could I forget to eat carbs.  Oh well this will have to do. 
The good thing is that since being almost 6 months post prep, I’m not so good focused.  This tends to be my issue, that I don’t always feel like eating enough.  I’m still learning/relearning what works best in balancing training and nutrition needs to make proper progress during a proper build.  All while keeping excessive fat gain from occurring. 
But this is why I love what I do!  There’s always room for improvement!

Wow. Leg transformation. I started exercising the month after the top picture was taken. It's been 6 years since my fitness journey started. It has changed my life in so many ways.

After my first competition, I laid off training my quads for almost 2 years. 😱 all I know is, I may not compete anymore due to the fact that it's harsh on the body and its metabolism, and Idk, I'm getting older 😂

There's more to life than dieting and competing. Not sure if you know but I am not cutting/shredding.
