‘Running teaches us to keep moving one step at a time even in the most painful moments.’ I’d be really interested in hearing what other runners use to stay motivated and to push through pain barriers?! I have yet to achieve that half marathon run so really keen to train toward that over the next 6 months. Logistically this is tricky for me, because I have 3 small children so a lot of my training will be done indoors. The treadmill running is slowly becoming easier. I sound like such a nerd but I use previous races to visualise 2.5 km Laps outside and after I get beyond about 4 km I do feel more of a sense of rhythm. Not going to lie though it’s pretty laborious. Tips for staying motivated and time efficient programs...hit me?

Ok, so things have changed since #MasterMasonGray was born, my body isn’t the same..... I have a #csection scar which means finding tights that don’t aggravate it are hard to come by.... and #mumtum is real.... .
@mazeactivewear have the most amazing #postpregnancy tights, that suck in all the bits you want to be sucked in but allow you to... well breathe and actually be comfortable.

So to all those #mums getting back into #fitness and are struggling to find tights after a #cesarean that are #comfortable and #affordable seriously check them out!

Будем говорить про роды, страхи, подготовку, сопровождение, роддома, дедушку Одена и три "Т" и конечно про 💕 Всех ждём!🙌🏻🙌🏻 Анюта отличница нашего с курса💪🏻 Хотя в нашей августовской группе у нас все рожают прекрасно❤️ Родили за 8 часов. Спокойно, чётко, без паники и разрывов😄 Сознательно☝🏻 Врач еще в какой-то момент предложил вертикально рожать, но Аня сказала: нет, вы знаете, остеопат на приёме, сказала, что роды будут быстрые, и менее травматично для малышки на боку☝🏻и пошла на кровать! Мы всегда говорим, что в родах рождается не только малыш, но и мама!🙏🏻☺️ И кто знает, сколько надо нам потрудиться и через что пройти, чтобы стать Матерью для своего малыша...кому-то 30 часов, кому-то 8, а кому-то и трое суток😅

I’m tired, uncomfortable, almost everything hurts and im heavy. This is not dangerous though and I still consider that better than doing nothing at all.
Today’s workout (speedx2):
5 rounds of:
20 cal row
1 round DT (12 deadlifts, 9 Hang clean, 6 push jerk)
Then:
4 rounds of:
300 m row
10 airsquats
20 double unders

24 weeks preggo.  Definitely feeling the weight gain.  This pregnancy has NOT been easy.  Hoping some cleaner eats and a steady fitness routine can help me feel more like myself! ❤️. I’ve gotten through the first week of BBG 1.0 but am having to majorly modify.  With all that said...We already love our baby BOY so much and can’t wait to meet him 😍👶🏼

The best thing about working out at home is that you can wear whatever you want!!

I started this week with an upper body workout by @goodfortheswole - rather than using a regular bench, everything was utilising the ball. Felt absolutely wonderful to incorporate so much core engagement in a safe way! .
