Okay so here is another annoying gym post but it's what I love to do. The gym can be intimidating at times. You see people at each level and doing some workout that just doesn't make sense. Also, if you get anxious, like me 🙋 it can be mentally taxing, but there's nothing like putting your headphones on & zoning the world out. I tend to listen to some hardcore music while working out, but recently I've been playing something different. Like a motivational speech or worship music. I'm not saying this is what everyone should do lol but it makes me think how our mentality dictates how we perform in life and how far we are willing to push ourselves. Hardcore music pushes me but speeches and worship eddifies me. Think about what you're listening to, what your surrounding yourself with and I promise if you fill yourself with good you'll produce good. Happy Monday 🍩
