Things are definitely cooling down around here {insert huge sad face} but that also means a welcomed downshift in gears.

My summer was intense, full, and frenetic .. jam packed client schedule, multiple trips, lots of visitors, a sick pup .. and all left me feeling like I had zero time for .. me .. the opposite of how I coach everyone else to live their lives. Anyone else have a summer like that?

4 runners lunge switch feet + 1 tricep push-up
➖Tips➖
✔️all planks (moving or static) require a solid, rigid core- flat back, abs engaged, neutral neck) ✔️regress/make easier by elevating hands on a chair or by walking instead of floating feet and/or doing push-ups on knees
✔️progress/advance by planking on the floor
✔️be sure to walk or float feet to the outside of the hand rep for rep
