15 mins of exercise is all you need per day to improve your mood according to research. Surely we can all find 15 mins a day? A brisk walk in the morning to watch the sun rise, a quick workout in the park at lunch time or a little circuit training with some squats, sit ups and push ups at home in the evening in the garden. Exercise has so many more benefits than just helping you lose weight, to me that's just a side benefit, improving how you feel and the energy it provides are the main benefits I believe.

Some times you have to go backwards to go forward.... this exercise, if completed well, controlled, and most importantly getting the depth, will help improve, strength and stability and flexibility!

Those glutes will fire 🔥 up and that stretch at the deepest point will be great for your hamstrings.... this exercise really puts you under pressure, the entire time... really hitting your stabilising muscles more effectively, remember to engage core and drive through your heel, keeping the movement controlled and Slow.... it’s not a race it’s about (En-gaging)
