On or off season??? Me this morning!

Well you shouldn't ask a bodybuilding athlete such a question if he/she is serious about his/her sport... We are ALWAYS athletes, either on or off... what does off mean? It means rest. Rest your temple (yes that is your body), your spirit, your mind. Off means an athlete still works hard but not overreacting, eats more, meaning satisfying muscle tissue and getting all the nutrients needed to maintain a healthy physic, definitely more carbs to refill and refeed till next his/her competition/goal, less supplements, u need to stop or reduce at some point heavy supplementation to let your body recover, even vitamins,that is my personal opinion and remember i am talking about athletes right now... And yes you will grow slightly bigger than your competition form, and this is NATURAL! Helloooooo, we are so dehydrated up on stage and starving some days before. Eventually we are getting the water back at least, but if you want to compete again with an even better form, allow your body to recover, not to be continuously on starvation mode, otherwise how low would you like you caloric intake to be so it works as a diet again ❌❌❌ huh?
That doesn't mean eat like a pig 🐷 though, still clean as possible, with your little extras, depending on who you are, metabolic rate , amount of training and category ... alla of us soooo different ---------------------
I love my body and i do respect it.
For breakfast I had eggs 🍳 with bacon 🥓 and haloumi cheese 🧀 plus a slice of rye bread 🍞 with sunflower 🌻 seeds & a bramley green apple 🍏 + a glass of coconut milk 🥛 with BCAA
I did my boxing-cardio 60 minutes , tiny rest to grab my BCAA & 1/3 of a protein bar (thanks @xtr.gr ) &straight to the free weights area to lift , hitting chest and a bit of shoulders. Done ✅ hot cup of intense espresso shot with cocoa & post workout meal : chicken - sweet potatoe - salad, a handfull of blueberries as a dessert!
